Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Software,Toner Cartridge are non-returnable
Customized or special-order items
Items with missing serial numbers or lables in the box.

Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
We will guide you on the return delivery process. Return delivery costs may apply
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
